Hi and thanks Dave,
yes I dashed off my request in a panic and a rush
after another child died here. (I have a 5 yo and have
just moved 3 hours away from my wonderful homoeopath
and have not yet located another one).

Then I have been away from my computer and not able to
follow through since then. Thanks for the information,
I will do as you suggest and get back to the list.

I'm finding the list very interesting reading so far.
