Hi all

Did anyone of you ever succesfully treat vitiligo, and if so how did
that go and how long did it take? Is it even possible? I could not
find much about it and I would very much like to hear experiences.

Dear One,
Yes I've treated many cass of vitiligo [V] sucessfully. V falls mostly under 'One Sided Diease' of Hahnamann.The duration of treatment depend on the duration of diease.In case taking progression modality is very important e.g. Rt to Lt or below upward, Symmetrical etc.plus histry of repeated vaccination also plays a vital role in remedy selection.

Dear Dr. Chakravorty
Can you tell me something about how the progression goes. Is it that
the skin gets less white slowly, or does it get mottled for a while?
Did you use other rubrics then Skin – vitiligo or skin - white spots
and are the remedys that you used mostly the ones in those rubrics?

Hi Anne-Marie,
Dr. Sarosh Wadia of Mumbai treated so many cases of Vitiligo that he
was known as a VItiligo specialist. He also has a particular diet
advised - probably borrowed from Ayurveda.

The clincal improvment is maked by reduction in size of the lesions.
Also light pigment begins to appear usually from the circumfenrence
inwards. As HEring' Law states, the last apperaring lesions will being
to improve first.

Do find you if you can read articles or the book by Sarosh Wadia.

Vitiligo is Syco-Syphilic.
It ia, as assumed, an autoimmune disease where melanin forming cells
are slowly destroyed. IF this is what you were asking..

You may not get anything on Google. His article on Vitiligo taht i
read appeared in an Indian Homeoapthic journal edited by Faroks MAster
and published by BJain Publishers.
B Jain could probably give you more information - they print his books

fish with curd, excess of sour things, heating honey, heating sour

Hello David

I am very happy to hear that at least it is possible to treat
succesfully.
A few yers ago I had a case of vitiligo where the most recent spots
disappeared but the older and bigger ones did just get less white
and finally it stopped improving. At the time I really had no idea
if it was even possible. Now this week someone else with vitiligo
called, so I wanted to hear some other experiences.
