Help with dripping nose

I have been trying to find the exact match for the following symptoms:
Female, 38 began with a classic Gelsemium flu on 17 days ago, which I gave
in 30C, several doses daily for several days. She improved, but still has
leftover symptoms of a dripping nose.
This morning she had greenish nasal mucous, but for the past 2 weeks
discharge has been clear, profuse, bland. No watery eyes, no headache, no
sinus pain, no ear troubles, no sore throat, no aches, no chills, no
sneezing. Just a constant snuffle, which is much worse when she exercises,
particularly putting head down, which causes nose to run and annoy her. I
couldn't get any temperature differentials(except to say it is Winter here
in Australia, in a month when cold winds can sometimes cause all manner of
sniffles(say the Aconite picture). She didn't recall being out in a cold
wind or cold draft. Sinuses are congested . I tried Nat Mur
200C - no reaction. The only other accompanying symptom is a cold sore
above her lip. She says she has congested sinuses (not necessarily
accompanying a cold) every Winter. She is trying to lose weight at present,
and is on a structured exercise program at the gym. Blonde, tall(almost 6
feet tall), vivacious personality, big framed(though not overweight). The
only other possible attributing factor at present is she had had a gentleman
living in her household with her husband and child who is really "getting up
her nose" (her words). This situation has been such for 6 months, but the
friction has been happening with herself and this guest for the past 2
months(cold has been around for about 1 month). She told me earlier on the
phone:"I can't tolerate him in the same room". Guest is moving out this
week-end. She is also having a lot of cows milk(mucous forming?) at
present - not because of desiring it, but to mix up protein powders for the
structured diet she has been given.
Can anyone shed some light on this?. I've looked at: Mercurius, Nux Vom,
Silica, Sulphur, Pulsatilla, Nat Mur(again), Spigellia, and Teucrium. The
closest match seems to be Teucrium, but I don't have this in my remedies,
and patient wanted a resolution earlier. Anyone?
Thanks, Rhonda
