Cancer Cure?

There was some discussion about "cure" recently on the lists.
In light of Lance Armstrong's recent Tour de France victory, I was wondering
whether his case would be considered a "cured case" by our definitions.
For those who might not be aware of his situation, he was diagnosed with
testicular cancer with metastasis to the lungs and the brain. After surgery
and serious chemotherapy he returned to win the last 4 Tour de France
races--arguably the most difficult race in the sport of bicycle racing if not
all sports.
My question is, "Is this a cured case?" Is it possible that conventional
medicine can chalk one up in this case? I am eager to read your comments on
this case.
