Main Theme - analgesia
Opium is the cancer miasm - it is too much- trying to climb a mountain,
which they can't do.
Heroin is the leprosy miasm - self-disgust, run down, ostracised.

There was a need to kill pain.
Isolation
Sensitivity
Shame
Self hatred
Carefree
Apathy
Anger
Anxiety
Confusion
Truth and religion
Live and death
Playfulness and frivolity

Cars and driving came up. Driving recklessly. One prover could have killed a
rail official when his train was late.

There is no feeling. It is suppressed. No feeling for other people. A lack
of response to situations. Indifference.

Anger and abusiveness. Beating the head. Wanting to stab his head. Very
violent. Wanted to fight.

Exhilarating - wanting to do things. Lots of energy and not wanting to be
restrained.

Sense f shame about his background. Felt like scum - fear of forgetting
things and shame about it. Outrage and wanting revenge. Thought he was a
criminal.

Alcohol - craving in a heavy sense to take away the pain.

Dreams - of danger, of dirt, contamination, of excrement.

Apathy/industry

Obsessive about cleaning. Sense of isolation and wanted to be pushing people
away but in doing so felt lonely. Feeling of being disturbed.

Physicals
Headache - nausea, vomiting, abdominal symptoms.
Respiratory symptoms
Good sleep

Case1
Woman had a termination, PID and Clamydia. Was bulimic. Full of self-doubts.
Imagines she is a black rock. Goes rigid. Feels a lower status than others.
After taking heroin all her good feelings came back.

Case 2
Painful boils on legs. Green pus when shaves legs. Blind hard boils on face.
From a possessive family with sexual abuse history. Anger about father and
wanted to cut off his penis. No feelings - felt disembodied. Felt body is
damaged goods. After Heroin - more energised,

In this remedy there is hope - a little bit of hope because it is the
leprosy miasm.
