In my MacRep Complete 4.5 Belladonna shows up as follows and I always it find it so intiguing that we can find these differences between the books yet if we look at them all together we CAN get answers with a little fine tuned reading:

HEAD; STRIKING; head; against the wall or bed (Beats against the bed) (Knocks) (MIND; Striking): ars., bell., mill.

HEAD; KNOCKS head against things (K129, G108) (Beats; bed, against the) (Striking; head; against the wall or bed): Bell., Mill., Tub., acon., apis, ars., con., hyos., mag-c., prot., rhus-t.

MIND; STRIKING; knocking his head against wall (K84, SI-966, G67) (himself; head, his) (HEAD; Knocks; head against things): Bell., Mill., Tub., phos., apis, ars., bac., con., hyos., mag-c., ozone, rhus-t., scut., syph.

BUT then not in the following again...

HEAD; BEATS; bed, against the (K107, G89) (Knocks head against things) (Striking; head against the wall or bed): apis, ars., con., hyos., mill., prot., rhus-t., scut., stram., tarent., tub.
