FTRN 71 was:

Mucous membranes of throat, respiratory tract and
urinary organs are mostly affected by this remedy. It
produces a catarrhal condition and irritation in these
sites.

Discharges are thick, stringy, ropy and viscid.

There is 'rawness and scraping in throat with
expectoration of mucous'. 'Accumulation of thick
viscid mucus with difficult expectoration'.

This remedy is well indicated in violent paroxysmal
cough 'ending in vomiting or raising much clear ropy
mucus'. Expectoration of viscid mucus following
paroxysms of cough is a peculiar feature of this
remedy.

'Urging to urinate with brick dust sediment'

< Irritation of throat, brushing teeth
