Hi Rochelle,

Ayahuasca is quite a different thing, but is another superpowerful
hallucinogen used by small group of native shamen, which became popular with
thrillseekers. "Entheo-tourism" is the tongue-in-cheek phrase..
I know of a couple of folks on Maui who were very well screwed up - never
well since, you might say- using Ayahuasca.
A couple of people I've known have expressed the experience as
"transpersonal" ..and I've never spoken or written to anyone who had not
felt permanently altered by it's use.
It'd be a good thing to have a GOOD proving of... should definitely have a
lot of psychiatric symptoms.
