Very interesting article, Hennie, thanks.
There had been a liposomal form of Vit C supplement that was getting a lot of attention a few years back as being more able to
be absorbed (and not excreted in the urine).
I found this article on the Oregon State University (Linus Pauling institute)
website also with a thorough review of forms of Vit C, which is leading me to change the form that I have been buying, which is
an ascorbic acid supplement with bioflavonoids. Deb
