YG Download: File corrupted (2)

The good news is that once you've received your download, if you return to the request prompt via your YG Dashboard or the option at the top of the Group home page, because your data is already compiled, it is readily available to download again -- you don't have to wait. Deb
Wanted to advise that when I try to download the zip file from YG containing data from all of my Groups, I get a message that says it is corrupted and can not be opened.

I've heard this same complaint from only one or two other people - anyone else here finding this to be true too? Will see if there is any way to communicate this to YG, but . . . will they do anything to resolve? Seems that you have to request a new download. Deb
