Acute or Chronic?

Hi Dr Roz,

I will present an apparent acute case. But there’s some background and I’m wondering if taking in F potency might be useful.

For me the other day, Phosphorus was curative for a gum abscess that resulted from pressure on the tooth when biting. The tooth had a ceramic cap on it and was not wearing down at the same rate as other teeth around it. Similar to the lack of boundaries on the mental level for phosphorus, the swelling and pain spread to the tongue, ear, throat, on the same side of the head.

Also an open sphincter problem I had the when I had diarrhea in India appeared. Phosphorus is very curative for this and my behavior in India was also very Phos. In this current case the urinary sphincter was open. I was having frequent urination and one case of not making it to the toilet in time. This is all phosphorus but since Causticum is healing for me, I was thinking about Causticum especially to work on joint problems. But, the above is all Phosphorus.

Soon, I have to deal with aggressive people and I’m worrying about the phosphorus problem of a lack of boundaries. I think a real phosphorus would be good at dealing with these people, but I’m not. I will either retreat to avoid getting hurt or fight on the border. I also might explode later because of frustration. None of these reactions is good. But since I’m worrying about this problem, I think the phosphorus might be good.

I actually have chronic glandular problems all along the neck and face and around the ears. Those were all inflamed.

You know the story of the Hatmakers working in a factory in the day of the high felt hat? They all got phosphorus poisoning resulting in the necrosis of the mandible, the lower jaw bone. The gum was infected not the bone, but everything was so painful, I thought maybe the bone was infected. Anyway, cases show this widespread gum infection for phosphorus.

In other words I’m turning an acute case into a chronic case.

Dr. Roz, does an F potency is makes sense here? Maybe I can heal the glands in that area. Use it until I get a change of symptoms. I am guessing that if it were just an acute, I would not use the F potency.

I think Dr. Roz is taking a vacation at a New Zealand barbecue. I can’t wait to be invited to go with him to one of those.

Best,
Ellen
