It seems like every week Time writes on one of aspartame's epidemics but never mentions the word, even when it is so obvious like in the one on bi-polar. They have written on diabetes and autism epidemics as well. Unfortunately, they never share the cause of the epidemic with the consumers as advertising fees are more important than consumer health.

This paragraph caught my attention because we know that aspartame affects serotonin:
