This is a little different from the basic blood type diet. In the genotype
diet the foods are based on body type and blood type…comparison of length
between knee and ankle and knee to groin and then to sitting and whole body
length. Whether your ring finger is longer than your pointer…whether there
are differences between the right and the left. My type…the explorer is
longer ring finger..usually 0 negative, which I am..very sensitive to
coffee..I fed my mother a completely different diet though she was o negative
but she had a longer pointer than I did. She could eat mushrooms where I
couldn't. Tomatos were good for her, not so much for me. Anyway, worth
ordering at library? The whole point of the diet is to eat the so called
diamond foods for 3 to 6 months to "encourage" the good genes to predominate.
Mother's distortions in her fingers from arthritis disappeared ten years
before she passed and she died peacefully in a chair. Similar to blood type
diet blood type A should stay away from meat….eat turkey and lamb…Even my
type should stick to turkey and lamb. There is another type…the hunter type
that can eat meat (and chocolate is a diamond food for them and my mother's
type.) Sorry I can only give you a brief picture.
