Dear Dr.M.Irfan Qureshi

It seems that some people continue to post a few incomplete symptoms, and
hope to have constructive case comments on that basis..

You have posted a physical general symptom, with no sensation, no
modalities, no concommitants, and no other symptoms to help point toward a
remedy.

This problem is indication of severe systemic 'chronic disease.'
Probably it is Sycotic. Is there history of venereal disease in your
client or his family?

Solution: take full & complete homeopathic case, paying close attention to
mental & emotional symptoms (perhaps dreams also) discover what things seem
uncommon (strange, exceptional, unusual, odd) in addition to fungus.

Explore sense of taste, anything odd? Appetite, food desires, etc.

Digestion. Flatulence? Constipation? or - ??

You say "green tartar with saliva" - do you mean excessive saliva ?
What qualities of the saliva can be described?
Watery? Ropy? - taste??

How is this person's general energy- tired? -very active? ??

Look into toxicity. Lots of mercury fillings in teeth?
Has he worked in an industry where he is exposed to metallic or other
toxins?
