First you need to know why and where the blood flow is diminished: local arterial obstruction? generalised atherosclerosis? cardiac failure at any stage? metabolic disorder? other?

Thank you
My husband had colon and bladder cancer about 20 yr ago. Chemo & radiation also. Those caused 'damage ' to the penis as far as the ability to fill fully with blood and achieve an erection. It would fill and then drop to about 1/2 way. We have dealt with that since then. The Dr said the radiation would cause this and it takes at least 2 yr for the radiation to clear. Things never improved.
I thought I would ask to see if there is anything homoeopathically that could help increase blood flow. He has no health issues and has been cancer free all this time. Viagra isn't an answer since the side affects and the chance of heart attack is real.
He is a young 76
Thank you

Certainly remove the effects of the radiation, X Ray, Radium bromatum, others, if at all possible due to the time elapsed, the lesions might be fixed.
Then investigate whether other arteries are involved: at least a Doppler US of aorta, iliacs, femorals and peripheral arteries to see whether we are dealing with plaques, simple stiffening, both, is there a need for repermeabilisation or arterial wall modification, or both, only then can a full treatment be thought of and , at least the way I work, would involve a lot more than homeopathically prescribed remedies.
Makes sense?
