Dear Sourosh,
There’s a great book called Your Breasts, what every woman needs to know – NOW! By Brian H Butler
In there he describes various massage techniques to stimulate the lymphatic flow of the breast area
In particular there’s an area running from hip to knee on the outer aspect of each leg, in the midline.
He recommends massaging this reflex up its entire length, section by section, in a rotating manner.
In my personal experience, all sorts of strange, uncomfortable pulling and squeezing sensations in the breast, felt internally, can be relieved by this massage technique – it is relieving and empowering to be able to do it and the various fears one is experiencing subside as the internal discomfort diminishes.
He also says the effect will continue working once you have stopped the actual massage
I have found that the most tender areas in the reflex area correspond with the areas of most discomfort in the breast and if you persist with massaging them the tenderness in the massaged area subsides along with a similar reduction in the uncomfortable feeling in the breast itself
I would have replied directly to the website but have never managed to get my messages on this way!
