Nephritic Syndrom

A 4 years child has been diagnosed as suffering from Nephritic Syndrome by allopathic doctors and suggested to treat him with steroids. Obviously parents did not agree to it.
History
A homeopath treated him two months before for fever using combination medicine. After few days swelling appeared on his face over his eyes under eyebrows. He was given Apis 30 with little improvement. Then he was given two doses of Sulphur 200 to fasten the action of Apis 30 without any improvement in swelling over his eyes. His abdomen bloated tympanitically. Improved after 3 days of leaving Apis 30. Used to grind teeth since long.
At this time i.e. 10 days before he was brought to me with swelling over both and under right eye, thirstless, passed little urine, no perspiration. I started with Nux Vomica 30 one dose daily at bed time to alleviate his abdominal pain and antidote combination medicines and make the case clear to let the symptoms speak clearly.
Swelling improved a little with Nux Vomica 30 three doses.
Gave Kali Carb 30 one dose daily for three days keeping in mind his original swelling over the eyes. improved but relapsed.
Swelling gone from over the eyes shifted under the eyes, more under right eye, scanty thirst and urination. Apis 30, swelling little improved. Creatinine and Urea levels quite normal.
Apis 200, no improvement in swelling.
Apis 6 two hourly 3 doses, then 4 hourly.
Swelling under right eye increased very prominently. Lycopodium 30 one dose, swelling under right eye much improved or nearly gone, restless sleep. After another dose of Lycopodium 30 swelling under right eye relapsed.
Thirst for 2 or three sips of water with teeth grinding in restless sleep, prominent swelling under the right eye, feted stools.
Arsenic Album 30.....swelling gone but relapsed again after third dose. Feted stools. Very bloated abdomen. Weight increased by 4 kg in a month due to accumulation of water in abdomen, swelling on back as well.
Arsenic Album 200 one dose brought sweat, more on his head and neck. Three frequent very offensive stools. Swelling improved.
This is the first case of Nephritic Syndrome, brought to me during my 20 years of practice.
Parents are worried about bloating abdomen day by day but are reluctant in allowing Cartisone, the only treatment suggested by allopathic doctors.
I shall be grateful if the next steps are suggested by fellow members.
Hoping for a quick response please.
