yeast or candida

Am having little to no success working with two different cases that cite yeast or candida as main complaint. One is diagnosed; the other is not. I am working from a constitutional point of view (of course I may not have correct remedies). I am asking for help, not necessarily for remedies (although ideas are welcome). I am asking more for strategies or experiences that might guide me in additional directions or approaches. Hope this makes sense,
