I have a Female Patient of osteophytes.

Name : Mrs Irum Saleem
Age : 32 (Married)

She feels pain all spine. She cant move. Every
movement is pain ful.

Radiological Report
Early osteoarthritic changes seen in Dorsal spine.

MIR Lumbosacral Spine Report
There is evidence of disc degenration with narrowing
of the space at the level of L4/5.
5th lumber vertebra is sacralized.
There is evidence of midline disc herniation at the
level of L4/5. This is causing pressure on the
anterior thecal sac.

Dear baig,
Pl correct your First line " Female patient of osteophytes" as per MRI
report she is suffering from PIVD along with osteophytes changes in dorsal
region. Whether you are going treat the PIVD or osteophytes or its related
symptoms very similar to layman's language Sciatica along with back pain? I
request the honorable baig to pl put all details of patients symptoms along
with Diagnosis for better discussion.
