as is often coincidental, (this time with the discussions regarding renal failure),i happened to be discussing
a renal failure case this afternoon. i am going to try and take the case of this woman's father which has
some difficult logistics.

however, my questions this evening are thus:

is it safe to do a kidney cleanse when the kidneys are so dysfunctional. this man is suffering from a great deal of
swelling of the limbs, in particular. it seems that there is a building up of toxicity in his system despite
the dialysis treatments.

what can anyone tell me about severe blood clotting in renal failure. blood thinners are being administered but
are not doing very much. he is exhibiting some dementia which seems related to lack of blood flow with resulting
lack of oxygen to the brain. his doctor says it has to do with very high T3 cells in the blood. there is a family
tendency toward blood clotting.

I personally cannot comment on the pros and cons of a kidney cleanse. In
respect of blood clotting / renal failure apart from the obvious
possibilities of a renal arterial occlusion , cholestrol embolization and
renal vein thrombosis , you might consider myeloma . The latter is an
autoimmune condition commonly known as the Bence - Jones protein with
characteristic symptoms of bone pain ( usually lower back ) , anaemia ,
recurrent infections , hypercalcaemia that involves bone destruction , bone
marrow infiltration and renal impairment. Bone marrow biopsy would provide a
definitive diagnosis. One of the antibodies involved IgG binds to the
thyroid TSH receptor ( behaving like TSH ) to stimulate thyroid hormone
production and hence will elevate T3's . Hope this will help in some way.

I will do some further research on this autoimmune condition and see whether any diagnositc
tests were actually done.
