Homeopathy and AIDS?

Dear Friends,
It has been awhile since I’ve seen anyone write about the homeopathic treatment of people with AIDS. Has anyone out there had some experience with people with AIDS?
If you wish to write me privately or via this discussion group, either is OK…your choice. And if you would prefer to TALK, rather than write, that’s OK too. If you’re not in the USA, we can do Skype or GoogleTalk.
I don’t need super-details but would like to know if you felt that homeopathy had an obvious benefit or not. Also, have your patients been doing a little or a lot of the conventional drugs concurrently?
