Minutus

Patient been on Steroids for 6 years with break for 8 months once for polymyalgia and Temporal arteritis. She was weaned off the steroids very slowly and finished completely a month ago. After 2 weeks the pains began to return. She thinks that the aetiology was a bite at the back of her neck but has had 2 blood tests for Lymes – 2 year apart and both negative.
Suggestions of how to go about this please . Detox from steroids ? Constitutional is where I will start. Anyideas re specific Rx for polymyalgia?
