The US weather modification program (HAARP) has been used to flood Louisiana for the second time. The goal is to drive the population of the Louisiana Gulf Coast from that area so that the globalists can claim the area and use it for their obscene purposes. I have been trying to tell you for some time that this is going on and that homeopathy and the alternative health world is directly in the crosshairs of these lunatics.
