EPA + DHA = WOW

Dear friends and family,
What a difference around the Bird household! I finally got hardcore about making sure that my 17 year old son and 51 year old wife and myself took generous amounts of cod liver oil and fish oil and DIY cracked flaxseeds every day. It has become my mission in life, my daily routine, my job to make sure that they and I take our pills and our liquid cod liver oil, everyday without fail.
So many things got better that it is difficult to keep track of them all. Both Mitchell and I were getting migraines regularly; now, exactly none. Mitchell would be very irritable in the morning, and he is otherwise a very nice young person. Now, much, much better. Loribelle and I would fight occasionally; we thought that it was normal. Now, zero fighting. Our level of affection is much greater. Everything having to do with nerves, which is just about everything in life, is better. Even when I don't get enough sleep, my nerve strength is such that it doesn't flatten me the next day; I am more resilient nerve-wise. My heart rate variability is so greatly improved that I hardly notice any shortness of breath after not getting enough sleep. Mitchell was having anxiety attacks, right in front of me. Now, exactly zero.
I could go on and on. My being reminded of this well-known and much neglected supplement makes me want to remind others. Save yourself the trouble of family fights, teenage angst, migraines, depression, anxiety, etc. etc. TAKE your cod liver oil and fish oil.
I am so jazzed about this that I think that any social worker or psychologist who does not encourage their clients to supplement with DHA and EPA (the essential fatty acids in cod liver oil and fish oil) is simply failing themselves and their clients. A person who does not get sufficient DHA and EPA can get all of the talk therapy in the world, and they will never get fully well.
