OT- receding bones around the teeth

Hi Georgianna,
Here's what I did: I have been buying it from http://www.shop.a2zhealthproducts.com/S ... ite_c5.htm -- for no other reason except it was suggested to me as one reliable source, but certainly there are others. I got one 4oz bottle of each the MMS solution, and one of the 50% citric acid solution, which costs $40 for the pair. (Or could get a set of "travel size" 2 oz bottles, for $30.)
Steps:
- take a clean, DRY jar.
- put 3 (or 4?) drops of MMS in a little pool in the bottom.
- add an equal number of drops of the 50% citric acid solution, plunk into the pool of MMS drops.
- Swirl them together for 20-30 seconds. You will get a very noticeable chlorine smell, and the color will begin to turn amber.
- after 20-30 seconds, add approx 4 ounces of water.
- Drape something across the shoulder that holds the toothbrush, otherwise you may end up with tiny white specks bleached into your shirt! Or just wear a white shirt.
Or be tidier about it than I am.
- Use this solution to rinse the mouth, and then brush the teeth, very thoroughly, recommended for about 3 minutes total.
- Then do a final rinse from the solution, swirling thoroughly through the mouth, spit, and enjoy the feeling of clean!
The solution is only "active" for (I was told) about ten minutes; so you have to make it fresh each time.
This doesn't taste wonderful and I'm not wild about the smell, but it isn't so bad either, definitely worth getting used to.
One can use more drops in the water to get a stronger action, and more of a bleaching effect for the teeth, but 3 drops of each in about 4 ounces of water is what worked beautifully for me.
I got my wonderful results with the bath, by (starting with a very clean tub, and then) while you start running hot water into the tub; into the clean, dry jar, begin with 20 - 30 drops of MMS, then add same number of drops of the citric acid, let it react for about 20 seconds, then add this to the tub as the hot water runs, climb in, and begin to marinate. Aim to spend 20-30 minutes, keeping the water as hot as feels okay, with as much skin exposure as you can.
Apparently the major source of effectiveness is the chlorine gas produced (a specific kind, I can't remember), which is a very effective anti-microbial, and penetrating. So, t's terrific for anything bacterial, viral, parasitic, mold, things like that. And, I found, the bath is great for at least some forms of nasty spider bite, and for infected wounds.
If you google on MMS, you will find all sorts of articles and posts announcing and explaining that it "doesn't work"; apparently all by people who didn't try it. To which I can only say, "pfffffft". I guess those are the same people who will "explain" that homeopathy doesn't work, and the earth is flat.
But be warned, the fellow who "discovered" a major chunk of its healing potential, Jim Humble, well, his writing will not be everyone's cup of tea. But the information is there. (Disclaimer, I have no idea whether it "cures malaria" or anything, and I have not taken it internally myself, but wow it's great for teeth and gums and infected bites, and many people do swear by it for internal issues as well.)
Best of luck!
Shannon

Hi Shannon,
Thank you for sharing the really interesting MMS results you had! Bet you are delighted about that! Was there a particular brand recommended and a protocol suggested? My daughter has worked with homeopathic remedies along with coconut oil pulling for this problem with quite limited results. She has atrial septal aneurysm (aortic insuffiency) and it has me very worried about her. I am passing your post on to her, hoping she will give MMS a try. She's a young mother, teacher of special needs children, extremely overworked and has a way of disregarding anything her mother suggests, so hoping your experience may be able to influence her to try MMS.
Her dentist who does the deep scaling you mention told her that she has an auto immune condition but it has not been confirmed by any testing.
Thank you!
Georgianna
