Hi Georgianna, Shannon, et al,
Just to add to the benefits of MMS. I’ve been keeping my teeth pearly white and healthy to the point that the Dentist thinks I’ve just had the cleaning done before our check-up appointment.
I swirl about an ounce of the MMS solution (10 drop dose) in my mouth keeping it there for 3 minutes, then spit it out. The results are nothing less than astounding. Keeps the teeth brilliantly white, rock hard in the mouth, and gums healthy. There are soooo many benefits and protocols in place for MMS, most people don’t believe it. The ‘problem’ with it, is it tastes God-awful! Just heinous! And so it makes it difficult to stick with a daily routine. Mind you if I had a serious disease, I’d do it in a heart-beat! I’ve used it for many different things for the past five years.
People and animals can benefit. The problem is its taste and if you have a feline whose ill (as I do) it’s almost impossible to get them to take it…but it really can work wonders for a lot of ills.
There are literally ~thousands~ of testimonials as to its many, many benefits.
Just a few moments ago, I received an email announcing that the developers of MMS have created a Documentary entitles: ‘Quantum Leap’ coming out soon, that will dispel many rumours about it. There was an url for a trailer, I haven’t watched it yet, but perhaps someone here will have questions answered by it. I’ll watch the documentary when it comes out! I know MMS is off-topic here, but I just wanted to mention it… I hope we’re as open to all forms of healing as we wish others are to Homeopathy…after all, we all want to get well and have our loved ones well, don’t we?

Wow, not even brushing with it, just hold in the mouth for 3 minutes?

How do you prepare the solution: Is it 10 drops of MMS *and* 10 drops of citric acid, and in how many ounces of water -- or exactly what are you doing?
Mine doesn't taste all that bad (only 3 drops of each, in 3-4 oz water is what I've used).

HI Shannon et al,
I use 10 drops of the MMS to this I add 10 drops of the 50% Citric Acid, wait 20 seconds, till it gets to that ‘perfect colour’. (give or take a couple of seconds, but it does matter to not let it be too little time which means ‘not activated’ or too much time, when it really gets dark and tastes even more disgusting) I actually make it in a one-ounce shot glass just so I know I can fit the entire amount of liquid into my mouth and hold it…lol…so I guess I add it to just the one ounce of water.
I put the entire ounce into my mouth and hold it, swishing it around in my mouth for three full minutes. Actually, sometimes, if it’s been awhile since I did it, for the last 30 seconds or so, I’ll take my toothbrush and start brushing just to make sure it gets every bit of stain/plaque out. Then I spit it out. (usually onto some baking soda to de-activate it, as we have a well, and I don’t want to kill the well with too much of it going down the drain)
I kid you not, your teeth will be WHITE….and it is NOT ‘chlorine’…it is NOT ‘bleach’…for those who are interested in reading alllll about the chemistry of it, go to Jim’s site…As Shannon mentioned, Jim Humble himself, bless his heart, can sometimes sound a bit more ‘out there’ than some, but he has reason to be paranoid… The powers that be have tried to silence him and those who sell mms, as much if not more, than Homeopathic practitioners. (Real cloak & dagger stuff at times)

He’s been arrested multiple times, his stuff confiscated, he’s been bad-mouthed, lied to, to be entrapped, he’s had just about every website he’s created shut down on him having to change urls a lot….and all the guy wants is a better, healthier world for everybody…
And so, he had to call his whole practise a ‘church’ and make his protocols, ‘sacraments’…This is because as such, he has the ‘right’ to do what he does and no one is supposed to be able to arrest him anymore in the name of it being his ‘religion’…He, and many others have suffered a lot to get his mms protocols out into the world…God bless them, this stuff really does work…for MANY, many illness’s…But follow the protocols! Don’t use it irresponsibly, it could cause harm like anything, if you use it the wrong way…Use it the right way, and you won’t be sorry I’ll bet….

Ellen, did your question get answered? It stands for Master Mineral Solution, and it refers to acidified sodium chlorite. At least, for current purposes it's used acidified.
