Thank god. I was about to say I read the Blue Zone book on nutrition and the
author says all peoples who live to be very old, past 90, have a least a half
a cup of beans a day in their diet. And I remembered that my mother and
grandmother would make a bean salad with oil and vinegar as I was growing
up..which I never ate..but am trying to now..with the beans that are right for
my genotype.
