Hi Dr. Roz,
With all the books you write, how do you ever find time to do email? Thank-you for your lovely responses.
I want to discuss some fibonacci potencies thoughts.
I had a dog who was already weak when I saw him. His owner gave him the rabbie shot (despite my warning) and his decline began at that time this spring. A week ago, I gave him a constitutional sil 30c, but I should have given Fibonacci potency.
Incidentally, I get big reactions from 5c. So, I am wishing that if I had given 5 c to the dog, his appetite might not have gone down. Maybe that was an aggravation. Although he was already not eating well. Maybe I would have had the courage to repeat the chronic remedy. That remedy was not for the rabbies shot after effect.
The remedy for the rabies shot weakness came out as Belladonna. After I gave 30c, the dog's appetite went down. I got scared. I should have given asafotida 6c or something like that to help his digestion, but instead I had the owner give 30c Bell olfaction. Nothing improved. I should have put the Bell in alcohol if I was going to do olfaction. But doing this over the telephone, I don't seem to think very well. I can't get a sense of the situation. Anyway bringing the dog was out of the question.
Aside from the lack of thinking ability on my part, I doubt that the death of the 13 year old rheumatic dog who sleeps outside in the cold was my fault. Still many regrets.
Then I have a very alive sensitive guy who I have taken care of for many years. He is still on Verat. 5c and is diluting 8 times (8 cups), still he got physical aggravations. He usually does. These are his own symptoms not proving symptoms. The remedy is right because the really problematic mental sx are getting better. I told him to use his judgement because he is the one who has to suffer through the aggravation. But, he has taken the Verat 5c only a few times and is afraid to move up in potency. My feeling is slow is ok given his hyper sensitivity. What do you think? Maybe he should up his dilutions to 10 cups?
Best,
Ellen Madono

Re: fibonacci potencies
If I may get a tad personal here, I read regrets and anxiety in your post....please don't....all of us, every single one of us does his best, so when it is not the miracle response we have learned to strive for, the only question is "what can I learn from that?"
Yes, the low potencies are very much neglected in the English speaking world; as you experienced, they are extremely powerful on all levels, including M/E. Using dilution glasses and patience (lots of it) solves all the aggravations and reactions problems.
RE the Veratrum patient: keep repeating the 5C/8 dilutions until there is no reaction, no matter how long it takes; increase the number of dilutions if the reactions are bad. And be patient between repetitions, wait until everything is stable, the reactions are stable, before repeating.
