Everyone who is keen about their health should read the following, particularly older people, sick people, athletes, people who feel that they want to build better health, people who want to avoid ill health, people who like to avoid pain naturally, and just about anyone who can read. You may not have heard about this yet because it is a GINORMOUS threat to the American pharmaceutical industry. It is big in Japan, and 99.5% of the references are Japanese scientists. This also illustrates the xenophobia and arrogance of the American so-called health care system.

That wasn't advice. It was more "Hey, people, I found something really health building. Check this out."
There is absolutely no way that H2 supplementation can hurt anyone, no matter what their age. Up until recently, science thought that H2 was inert in the human body. Just recently we discovered that the -OH and -OONO free radicals are strong enough to combine with H2 and become neutralized. H2 does a few other things, and they all seem to be quite beneficial, like turning on certain genes, etc., things above my IQ grade.
I am working on cheap ways to get that stuff into my body. Magnesium + water is one way. A cheap electrolysis machine with a separating membrane is another way. I will try to keep you informed.

Thanks Roger, much appreciated. Cheap ways of getting good stuff is great, since often times consumers get literally ripped off when looking for healthy options.

I will also try and research myself a little. This is the first time I have heard about h2 for health benefits. Your posts are much appreciated.
