Post replacement knee surgery swelling

Any recommendations for the swelling of the whole leg from knee down since a
week after surgery?

If it is hot and red swollen Apis 6 tds should sort it.

I haven't seen her yet. She lives across town. A nurse comes in everyday to
exercise her knee. I thought I'd bring an "arsenical" of remedies over there
today..arnica, ruta, bryonia, hyper.,hamm(and now apis)... She is in enough
pain that she says she isn't going. to have the other knee replaced. She
doesn't believe in homeopathy, doesn't believe in anything for that
matter...except animals...so I'm hoping against all odds that something
relieves her though I'm sure unless it is a dramatic within a few seconds
effect...she won't ever make the connection. But I don't care about that. I
just hate to see her suffer. Is bellis another one? I've never used that.
