The reference to Helonias is interesting and I have considered that remedy because as several of you mentioned combining the blood sugar idea (no real sx) with prolapsed uterus has been my focus. I can’t find much on Natrum hypochlorosum, though what I find is veery interesting.
Elham: can you say more about its relationship to “diabetes” or suggest some sources for me to read as I can’t find a lot on that connection or the symptoms.

Yes as basically what they mean is that taking more cinnamon does not equate with a better effect from studies that have been carried out. I sprinkle it and mix it into my homemade probiotic yoghurt which I have with my home made muesli from organic rolled oats, nuts, wheat germ seeds, goji berries, shredded coconut, chia, organic cocao nibs etc.

Helonias is of course a well known remedy it has a sensation of heaviness in the uterine region. The patient is depressed and wonders how others can be happy and seeing others happy reminds her of her own misery and can make her more depressed. As long as she is busy she is fine but the the moment she is free and has time to think of her condition all her troubles seem to increase. We usually think of Helonias if with the uterine symptoms we find a deep sense of depression. The uterine symptoms include prolapse, Consciousness of a womb with dragging felt in the sacral region; Leukorrhoea with anaemia etc.
Nat-hypoch is not so well known. This remedy is basically very similar to Nat-mur. One indication is if nat-mur is indicated but the chief complaint is prolapse of uterus then this may be preferred - in the same way we sometimes use Aur-m-natr in cases of fibroids when Nat-m seems indicated but fails. In practice we find nat-h indicated when apart from nat-m symptoms there is a combination of eczema or other such dermatitis like symptoms and prolapse of uterus. Like helonias this patient also feels drowsy and tired all the time. One peculiar symptom is that placing her hand on theabdomen seems to aggravate her.

But since she is not having mental/emotional symptoms, we'd need to look at other aspects of the remedy's picture; not showing this particular mental / emotional state doesn't necessarily mean that the remedy wouldn't be useful...
