Minutus

Working with a woman for several years now. She is in her mid-80’s, slight of build, active, bright, and engaging. She walks on a regular basis. We have done work that got her off anti-anxiety meds, relieved that anxiety, settled various other related sx.

She continues to complain of prolapsed uterus for which she takes more Sepia than I want her to.

History f some anemia
She has hearing loss for which she wears hearing aids.

English as a second language - so these two items sometimes make communication less than perfect.
She is tied to the American Medicaid-system and due to recent elevation in her A1c numbers (just over the 6 range) she is getting pressure to go on medication. She is pretty able to stand her ground but is asking me for a remedy.
Because communication is sometimes less than perfect, I asked a lot of questions in writing to be sure she understood each question and her 4 page handwritten response listed no change in urination no change in thirst. No skin symptoms, no neurological sx, etc. I can find no symptoms that are prominent enough to lead me to a remedy.
What would you do?

I would tell her to go on a strict low carb/low GI diet and have another HbA1C test done as hopefully it will then be lower. Drinking mulberry leaf tea, taking cinnamon and chromium may help as well to keep her off medication as I have managed to do for 10 years!!

Indeed diet and time of test should be controlled.

Make sure she is drinking plenty of the expensive stuff called WATER and double make sure she touches nothing with aspartame in it.

(A difficult job as it is in some vitamins and both prescription and OTC medications.)

So the current symptoms are: prolapsed uterus (does the sepia have any effect when she takes it, and what potencies has she taken, and how often?), and recent, non-symptomatic high blood pressure, nothing else? What about using the "constitutional" approach, work out whatever you can using her "innate tendencies", non-pathological characteristics, physical structure, all that-- *plus* the prolapsed uterus?
Or you can approach it as a "one-sided case", per instructions in the Organon, I don't remember what aphorisms or etc., tho.

If you can't find a constitutional another approach can be going for a pathological combination. for example Helonias has a combination of uterine affections including prolapsus uteri as well as diabetes.

You can look up the other symptoms and see if there is a match.

One medicine that comes handy at times in such situations is Natrum hypochlorosum

After researching the quality of this take water, this individual water was not the same as that out of the origin. The individual water was too of a different quality as of the partner.
Scientist could not understand it.

I say, the the individual human consciousness/mind has an impact on this drinking water.
Of course water can cure, but the drinking partner can cure the water too.
I guess this is homeopathy.
