non union of fractures

Wondering if anyone can give me some pointers regarding non union of fractures
The person had his leg crushed by a large concrete pylon that fell on him
Multiple complex fractures some compound (ie throught the skin)
Plated pinned etc – now not healing or forming a proper callous
He has been plagued by gout since the accident (he has a history of gout but we had it under control with constitutional remedy and acutes till then)
He has responded to the usual remedies for his gout though it seems to return more quickly and of course he is pretty upset about th changes it has wrought upon his life – he is a builder and they have told him he will likely have to retire. Not a person who will hand the reigns over easily to his son.
He does well on Calc carb and Lycopodium at times
Acutes: Bell, Colch, Pulsatilla Rhus tox and occasional doses of Thuja and Tub as indicated at the time.
He is a big man and has trouble keeping his weight under control
We have given Symphytum 6C and then 30C
Tissue salts – Calc phos, Calc Fluor, Nat Phos and Silica
It has been 4 months now and last Xrays have shown that fractures are not healing as they should??
Open to nay suggestions please Regards Pauline
