Without breathing a spirit has to leave the body very soon.
By the inhale, the spirit enters the body as with the first act by birth.
By the exhale, the spirit leaves the body as with the last act by death.
By using this vision, it is possible to wake up out of the past and find
health inside the own body,
by using the breathing process.
. Oxygen is the transforming aspect inside biology, transforming pain
into health.
The spirit of pain becomes the spirit of health.
. Carbon is the matrix for survival in pain or for living in love.
The spirit of survival becomes the spirit of life.
. Water (hydrogen + oxygen) is the carrier for mind/consciousness.
The spirit of mind becomes the spirit of consciousness.
. Nitrogen forms the mind/consciousness.
The spirit of mind or the spirit of consciousness is formed.

Intuitively, I agree with the basic premise, but the elements are not intuitive. I think you could make a biological/cellular argument. These are the categories and descriptions of Lesser. What are your scientific sources?

my scientific sources are the ones which any one can use, present all over the globe, in any book or by the internet.
I searched my answers, for clarifying some very special experiences.
I search for those human beings which has identical ones.

I found my inner most core, as the universal origin for healing people.
