The way to see if it works, is to see whether it leads to successful treatment outcomes -- and I gather that it does.

(But I don't think they are addressing inheritance, rather simply a way to make the remedy searches more accurate. But I only know of the method a *little* bit, so I may be wrong.)

It would be interesting to see whether, in practice, there is any correspondence between those "types" and ICTs, or whether any ICT could have any of the "types" superimposed upon it. I would guess that the former would be the case, but of course it's only a guess!
