8 GPs and 4 Homeopaths have failed to cure me. Can anyone help me pls !!

Indian Male
Age: 35
Height: 172 cms
Thin and small stature, black eyes, black hair, dry skin
Weight: Originally 76, but now 63 kgs
Symptoms:
1) Extreme and profound fatigue
2) IBS & food intolerances & " malabsorption "
3) Significant weight loss - 13 kgs
4) Bone pain - joints, fingers, heels; rib cage, all over the body
5) Muscle twitching, and involuntary muscle jerks
6) Small round bald spots on beard area, moustache, and both sides of head. Hair loss from knees.
7) Extreme sensitivity on all teeth on left side
8) Reddish purplish acne all over the left face. Brown spots too.
9) Very disturbed sleep. Disturbing dreams.
10) Bitter and dry feeling in mouth and throat.
11) Bad dark brown blackish cracked patches on lower legs and spreading. Brown pacthes sreading on upper hands too.
12) Inability to hold urine
My IBS is different than others. I have no pain or bloating or constipation or blood shed. I cant tolerate many foods now like dairy, white flour, nuts, cheese, brocolli, spinach, pineapple, citrus fruits, beatroot, cucumber, any spicy food, sauces, and I cant eat the same quantity like before. If I do then, I go to the toilet and pass disintegrated loose stools (not watery) 4 times a day. With all precautions, 2 times daily. Lost 13 kgs in a period of 10 months.
All tests by GP revealed nothing significant. Except very low Vitamin D and B12. It was injected in my body but again in 5 months time both are very low. Because the root cause remains untreated.
All possible causes:
1) Sudden change in geography. Immigration from India to Canada.
2) Sudden exposure to extremely dry cold - Minus 52 degrees celsius with no Sun for 6 months
3) Cheated by spouse at the same time. Grief/ Anxiety for 10-11 months. No support system.
4) Roaming around in extreme cold for 4-6 hours a day and at times w/o food in stomach
5) Eating food very late and missing meals
6) Then started eating out. Fast food, spicy food, and bad foreign particles entering gut.
Homeopathic medicines given to me:
1) Germanium (2 months no effect)
2) Aloe Soc 30 (2 months)
3) Hydrastis Mother Tincture (15-20 days)
4) China 30 (15 days)
5) Natrum Phos
6) Kali Phos 200
7) Calcarea Phos 30 and 200 (month and 10 days)
8) Calcarea Fluor 30 and 200 (month and 15 days)
9) Mag Phos 30 (month)
10) Acidum Phosphoricum 6 and 30 (14 days and 2 days respectively)
11) Ignatia (8 days)
12) Currently on Pulsatilla 30 CH for the last 5 days
Can any doctor with a lot of experience take my case and cure me ? I am in a foreign land and have lost my job and lying on bed. I know when the right remedy falls on my tongue I will be cured like a miracle but after 4 homeopaths now I am losing hope. I am sick for the last 13 months. I have left that cold province and live in a coastal province with 50% more Sun and better climate.
