Dr. Roz - Lymes disease and Fibonacci series

Dr. Roz,
In the archives I saw in Oct. of 2010 you said you use only F series in treating Lymes disease. Is this still the case? And how low of a potency do you start with? I was only aware of 30c being the lowest, perhaps Simillimum has the F series potencies?
I have a case of an elderly horse who has recently tested positive for Lymes, she also has Cushings. I only have 1m potency on hand, client has 200c on hand. Client has inquired about using potencies such as 12c, 10m and 50m. I don’t feel I have a good understanding of those high potencies and am not comfortable using them. I understand there are situations where they are appropriate.
I do generally use the ‘F’ series in my case work for simillimum remedies.
I would also like your thoughts on using the Borrelia for prevention, I know there are opposing views on this subject, smile. This client has dogs and lives in a area of the US that is considered the lyme capital. She has said her dogs get ticks even in January…in the frozen Northeast!
Perhaps you have written more on this subject somewhere else regarding Lymes? I have your e-books on Fibonacci.
Thank you in advance.
