My grandson has this and the doctors said it would go away by itself. I looked
up on internet and it talked about being related to rheumatoid arthritus and
MS among other things. Has anyone heard of it and is it more nefarious than
the doctors are letting on?

So my daughter-in-law calls me in a panic late monday night about 7 year olds
terrible itching and scratching. I go over and bring a bowl of remedies. I'm
scared to give him any of them for fear of making something worse...so I tell
her to start out with LM 2 sulphur...which is the only sulphur I had in the
LMs and told her to put in water and stir and put in another cup, etc. She
wasn't listening. I said I'd call her the next day and explain about putting
in a bottle and hitting. She gave him a dose in the middle of the night and he
got better....everytime he started itching the next day..tuesday..she added
water to the glass and stirred and gave him a dose(?). She never put in
another container. She gave it to him about every two hours and by the morning
on thursday the whole thing had resolved...no more itching or scatching. I
didn't want to aggravate the condition but I didn't want to supress anything
either. How would I know if it was supressed? I saw him today and he seemed
very grown up. He said, "you know I wil never get this again. You can only get
it once".
