Betty Martini is an outstanding, accomplished specialist public speaker on the controversial history behind the US government regulatory agencies that allowed aspartame onto world markets and, most importantly, the potentially serious health effects of this commonly used artificial sweetener. A veteran campaigner in a number of areas, she became involved in highlighting the concerns of medical practitioners and sufferers about adverse health effects linked to aspartame in the early 1990s.
