Dear All;

over the past year & a half, I've been teaching a very well-recieved online course on Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology for the student & practitioner of homeopathy; designed especially for us, from the perspective of how I wish I had been introduced to these topics at the beginning of my medical education. With the experience of having offered this course once now nearing completion, and things learned from that offering now under my belt, I'll be offering it live again (self-paced participation is available as well, following the live sessions, via streaming video of the recorded live sessions). This is intended to meet or exceed the AP&P requirement for CHC certification, and is designed to present these topics in manners most relevant to our profession.
beginning September 8th 2015, Tuesday evenings 5-7 pm US Pacific time (or self-paced, following the live sessions if those times are inconvenient, or if you prefer); registration is open now
five 10-week modules, for a total of 100 live online contact hours; enrollment is possible for the entire series, or for one module at a time, beginning with module 1.

Is your course approved for the CCH prerequisite credits?
thanks;
cost is $300 per 10-week (20-hour) module; with a discount for purchase of all 5 modules upfront.
The CHC has been accepting this as meeting their AP&P requirement

PS on the Sepia call – do you have recorded access if we have conflict?
Yes, I record all my courses, and post them as streaming video in formats for standard computers (.as .rtmp true streaming video) and for mobile devices (as .html pseudostreaming video; for iPads. iPhones, android devices) within 72 hours of the live session. These for folks where time conflicts for live attendance, and for review for all. Enrollment provides 6 months’ access to these, along with downloadable handouts and supporting materials, including a course discussion forum, from the date of registration.

Hi All,

I am finishing the last ten weeks of A&P now. Actually, this is my 4rd time doing A&P. I have never been happy with what I did before. I could never swallow the detail. The clinical application was unclear.

Will's course is so different. For example, so many questions about drugs are answered in a way that finally sticks in my mind: Why certain medications affect the cell in a certain way, what natural process is changed, why the side effects occur. I finally feel able to understand studies of pathologies. Instead of being lost in a jungle of detail, I can focus on the clinical applications. Even some remedies now have physiological explanations. The common problems that come to me as a homeopath, now have a physiological background. I do not remember all the detail, but I know how to look it up. My resources are so much more evident than they were before.

Finally, Will has multiple careers as a marine biologist, family allopathic doctor, a pain specialist, homeopath and finally as a teacher of homeopaths and naturalpaths. He can present A&P from all those directions. His stories are so memorable. He loves herbalism, history, literature, movies, pop music.... It all comes out his lectures. I plan to spend the next year reviewing his lectures and deepening my understanding.

His new website is not the WholeHealth website. Go to http://courses.homstudies.com If you are thinking of the course, be sure to make time to take part in his Sepia lecture. Register for the course on the above site.

The amazing thing about Will is if the topic is homeopathic, he always shares how he knows what he is saying. He will not just relay information about Sepia, he will tell you how he reached that conclusion. This means when you are studying a different remedy, you can apply his methods.

Try to participate in the lecture live. It is so much fun to communicate with Will. He always joke, "There are no stupid questions. Only poor answers." Humility is Will's long suit. He can make any dumb question that I ask sound intelligent. Even more amazing, when he sees that I really don't understand something fundamental, later he will explain it in full detail.

Although I will soon finish the year long A&P course, sob, I am going to use it and many other courses that I have taken from Will to prepare for the CHC exam. I really don't think the exam is all that important, but mastery of the skills that Will is teaching is extremely valuable. So, the CHC exam becomes an excuse. Will also sets aside a time to "hangout" with us. He always prepares topics that he has discussed before and goes deeper. So, it is very easy to feel that I am reviewing my exam materials in a community of fellow homeopaths.
Best,
Ellen Madono
