What Andrew is saying is confirmed in Aph 40, footnote a -

"Precise experiments and cures obtained in this category of complex diseases
have by now completely convinced me that they are not a fusion but instead
that in such cases the two dissimilar diseases exist only BESIDE each other
in the organism, each in the parts for which it has an affinity, since their
cure is completely accomplished by the timely alternation of the best
antisyphilitic and antiscabies remedies, each prepared in the most
appropriate way and administered in the appropriate dose."

This also confirms what David has been saying in that the remedies are
not give *simultaneously* but alternated in a timely fashion.

Does anyone have translated cases of Hahnemann's where he alternated
remedies? What was a timely fashion to him? when he said alternate, did he
mean give remedy A for one miasm, then evaluate the remaining symptoms and
give remedy B for the second miasm whose symptoms are now more clear then
remedy C or back to remedy A?
