Couchsurf in London?

Hi, I will be attending a workshop in North London on June 14-16 followed by a meditation retreat starting June 24, and am looking for a place to stay around that time period.
I want to arrive a couple days early before the workshop to resolve my likely jetlag and stay on after the workshop and see a bit of London before I attend the Vipassana retreat.
Can anyone help me out?
