Request for help for a difficult case

Hi List Member,
I have a most difficult case, in which I have a characteristic symptom, but I can't find (in my repertories) a remedy corresponding to this symptom. This is The key to solving the case.
The patient had pain in his ascending colon when and after he is TALKING.
That place is more sensitive to
Talking and also pressure after he has a stool.
I will be very grateful for any help and advice.
Best Regards!
