well, doing fine with 15 years of steam distilled water as my primary source of water.
I get my minerals from my food.
Most information online that says we need minerals in our water are selling water filters that have minerals in them

64 years old and on no meds and never have been in my adult life and no chronic illness

I believe you. This does not mean that distilled water is optimal. It means that non-distilled water is not critical. I believe that. Your way of distilling water sort of guarantees that you don't get much in the way of bad stuff. But it is a hassle and costs money. And you can get all of your minerals from the food you eat. Ironically, those minerals must necessarily be dissolved in the water that you drink for you to be able to absorb them; they are dissolved in your gut. But this sort of round about way of doing things guarantees a greater reduced load of bad stuff.
