A good sign or a bad sign homeopathically

I've been working with a graduated homeopathic student for the last 3 years. I
don't think she has ever given me anything larger than a 30c. 35 years ago I
took thuya and then tub( and then later I took zinc for the visual
disturbances which would come without the migraine) and quit getting migraines
and starting getting occasional abdominal contractions instead.(I knew they
were related to the migraines in some way because I would get a metallic taste
in my mouth with the cramp.)

Two years ago I had a migraine in the morning which seemed to be related to
the barometric pressure changing dramatically. Then I got one today in the
morning for six hours, only now on the left side instead of right. I used to
get them on the right side only in the evening. Again the barometric pressure
had changed significantly. It has been a month since I took my last remedy and
I don't know what it was. Is this a whole new symptom? Could someone help with
the possibilities of what is happening? And what do you think of that metallic
taste? Thank you for any enlightenment.
