I can't help but think that a more constitutional approach, even outside of homeopathy, would help immensely. She needs to clean up her diet, foster good intestinal flora, get rid of toxins and inflammatory substances. There is no yeast anywhere which is not invited there by the body's dysfunctional balance. Cleaning it up on the outside is futile and may cause a worse proliferation.

I did post about taking probiotics, lactobacillus ones in particular, eliminating sugars, hfcs, white processed foods and upping
green veggies as a short to do list.

Also sent a couple of articles on causes which include drugs such as the corticosteroids.

People are so clueless about what they do that affects their overall health.

Take HCl supplements. About two. Prince the stomach is acidic, when stomach ph goes up, or not enough stomach acid is being produced, Candida overgrowth and itching can occur. Don't worry, you won't burn your stomach if it is healthy. Stomach ph is about a 2 like battery acid.

this is not homeopathic but helps.. also kolorex capsules help too.
Kolorex cream is great for vaginal itching
also increasing biotin slowly can help a yeast issue.
I have found some women don't drink enough water in their diet and when they drink water that is a big help too.

There are 24 remedies for vaginal itch in Kent repertory.
4 are 3rd degree, of which two at least can be looked at in cases of patient smoking cigarettes : Caladium and Kresotum
2 are sycotic : Nit ac and Sep
etc.....

Candida is a constitutional symptom find the right remedy and it falls into line and disappears - don’t treat the candida treat the ‘picture’
After 12 years of Candida – finding my constitutional remedy (in my case Nit ac) turned it around 100% and I have never had a full blown return and know if early signs are there that it is time to retake my constitutional remedy (and look at my dietary discretions also)
