Turmeric preparation

I know that the color in the liquid is the thing because I have been "on it" all day without any pain whatsoever. (:->) Pain turns out to be my friend because it guides me with it's merciless hand. (:->)

I have taken plain coconut oil and olive oil many time before, and it didn't make me want to jump up and down for joy. This turmeric (plus cumin, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon, and clove) color in the oil makes me want to jump for joy.
