Internet pollution - judging value of information on the net

We have an enormous resource in internet ability to "google" something. But there has been zero education to enable people to JUDGE the value of what they google.
Yes. This is my problem Irene. I can read well (grin) but I am honestly and seriously attempting to understand nutrition and inflammation so that I can STOP whatever I it is that I am doing wrong and be well. My homeopathic remedies are working well on my legs. I thought cellulites was infection. So with each bit of information that I gain, things are becoming clearer. The pain is coming from the cellulites, and cellulites is not infection. I get that now. I will continue with my fish gels and attempt to learn more about stress management.

Me too. But I asked here because I have the NEED to know since I want to be well and I believe that homeopathy is a powerful medicine. However, I have to carry out my clearly defined treatment plan, so I seek understanding about two topics: nutrition and stress and how they create inflammation.
