Organon has rather detailed description of how remedies should be made. If you look up books on Trituration, you will get an idea as well:
You most likely will never be able to make high potency at home, making some X and 3C and LM1

You could do 200C in 6 hours if no trit is involved, depending on how methodically and carefully you work, as well as whether you choose 10 succussions as per hahnemann or 100 as some companies do. Trits to 3C take 3 hours plus prep time etc.

LM 1? That's the big step, doing the trits. After that lm2 etc are not that intensive, only a time issue waiting for granules to dry.
The big factor is having the equipment and preparing in your mind what's involved. Doing a couple of hours of succussion or doing the trits, you don't want any disturbances. All containers need to be labelled beforehand. You need 200 bottles to succuss in. You need to be clear with each step.
Your doing 43C and the phone goes. Come back to the bottle and maybe your not sure if you have succussed yet or if you have put the 42C in yet. Have a system. Sign each step off. One error transfers down the line. If in doubt at some point, discard that potency.

Organon 6 is only for LM (which uses 100 succussions per step) , and also tells you how to triturate to 3C.
5th edition is for centessimals but gives 2 succussions per step. He revised that in the corresponding Chronic Diseases edition, making it 10 steps.
