Thanks Irene. Good info.

The cats definitely get their ‘nails’ clipped and they do not like it.

What potency would you recommend?

Hi Tanya,
Fibonacci series starting 5C if available or if only 6C avail, make 8C from it to start.
Namaste,
Irene

Hi Tanya,

"Also observed when defecating, she leaves the box mid way through the process of excreting solid waste"

Was trying to differentiate between constipation and involuntary stool.
Is she still trying to eliminate or does she think she's finished and more involuntary stool happens?

Atb,

Leilanae

6c would more likely be available.

If you had a very sore back you could not push out feces without pain easily.
Phos has "open anus", she may not feel clearly what is going on and/or hurt too much.
Also all within Phos, not necessarily constipation.

BUT - it woudl not hurt if there is any doubt, to give some magnesium gluconate to soften a hard stool Magnesium is also necessary for muscle health and depending what she eats she may be deficient. Many comercial foods with plant ingredients force a magnesium deficiency to get by with the plants. If they added the needed magnesium it would precipitate urinnary crystals (struvite) with the alkaline urine caused by plants in the food. (Cats need to be acid at pH 5.5 or they have struvite and kidney damage from plants.)

What is her food?
One can not help any cat properly without adressing nutrition.

Namaste,
Irene

There is no problem with constipation. Stool is normal dark color and no particular odor
There is no incomplete stool to answer Leilani’s questions
Issue is balancing on rear legs. Cat seems to push out legs to balance.k It does not seem to be in the back

Food is a problem as finances are very limited and there are 3 cats. Efforts are made to get food without grains in it.

I was probably not wise to offer help here. This kitty needs a proper consult, not a third hand email suggestion.
I went by the video and symptoms reported, and the video shows no pushing out of legs.
I also went by genetic type.
We are now going in circles. I already answered that, please see my previos email :-)
I answered that too. Please see my previous email.

I shall leave it to you from here.
It was a mistake for me to try to help here.
No such help was wanted in any case, based on feedback (in that it lands on deaf ears that repeat the questions already answered, and without answers to my repeated question on what the cat was/is eating.)

So I now opt out.
I wish the kitty well.

Namaste,
Irene
